Job Description
After-School Pediatric Therapists – PT, OT & SLP

Ventura & Newbury Park, CA | Clinic-Based | Flexible Part-Time & Per Diem Opportunities

Children’s Therapy Network (CTN) is hiring licensed Pediatric Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for flexible after-school pediatric therapy opportunities at our Ventura and Newbury Park clinics.

Already working in a school district, hospital, or another therapy setting? This can be a great opportunity to supplement your income with a few afternoon hours each week while maintaining your pediatric clinical skills and working in a collaborative outpatient environment.

Whether you are looking for one or two afternoons per week or interested in exploring a larger role with CTN, we would love to talk with you.

A Great Fit for School-Based Therapists

This opportunity may be especially appealing if you want to:

  • Earn additional income after your regular workday or during school breaks

  • Choose a schedule that works around your existing commitments

  • Maintain and expand your pediatric clinical skills

  • Work with children in a fun, play-based outpatient therapy environment

  • Experience pediatric care outside of the school setting

  • Collaborate with PT, OT, and SLP professionals

  • Work in one clinic location rather than traveling between schools or patient homes

What You’ll Do

Depending on your discipline, experience, and availability, opportunities may include:

  • Provide pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language therapy during high-demand after-school hours

  • Complete pediatric evaluations and re-evaluations

  • Provide additional or make-up therapy sessions when appropriate

  • Develop and implement individualized, goal-directed treatment

  • Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers

  • Document services accurately and timely

  • Collaborate with CTN’s multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team

  • Bring your own clinical experience and perspective to help children make meaningful progress

Why Therapists Choose Children’s Therapy Network

Established Pediatric Practice: Join a growing pediatric therapy organization serving children and families throughout Ventura County.
