Highland Behavioral Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team! If you're passionate about providing high-quality, person-centered care in a residential behavioral health setting, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer and monitor medications and treatments.
Coordinate resident care and collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams.
Educate residents and support their recovery goals.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with billing and regulatory requirements.
Current California LVN License (RN also considered).
Experience in residential care or behavioral health preferred.
Knowledge of Title 22, HIPAA, and clinical documentation standards.
Ability to pass Live Scan, medical clearance, and TB screening.
