Pool Maintenance Technician
Service Area: Woodstock • Canton • Holly Springs • Kennesaw & surrounding communities
Enjoy local routes serving Cherokee and North Cobb County customers—without spending your day driving into Atlanta traffic.
We’re looking for a dependable Pool Maintenance Technician to manage an established weekly pool route. Pool maintenance experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
What We Offer:
%CF;Starting pay from $18/hour, based on experience

%CF;Established weekly maintenance route
%CF;Local service area with minimal long-distance driving
%CF;Local supply pickup in Kennesaw
%CF;Mostly independent work with very little office time
%CF;Paid vacation after a 90-day introductory period

What You’ll Do:
%CF;Clean and maintain residential swimming pools
%CF;Test and balance pool water chemistry
%CF;Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready for each day
%CF;Use our mobile app to document each visit
%CF;Identify equipment issues and notify our service department when repairs are needed
%CF;Provide friendly, dependable service to the same customers each week
This is a maintenance position—not a repair position. Your focus is keeping pools clean, balanced, and looking their best. Our service department handles major equipment repairs and diagnostics.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
%CF;Have pool maintenance experience, or are eager to learn and take pride in your work
%CF;Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
%CF;Can lift up to 100 lbs.
%CF;Show up on time and are dependable
%CF;Enjoy working outdoors
%CF;Can manage your own day without constant supervision
%CF;Keep your truck clean, organized, and well stocked
%CF;Treat customers with professionalism and respect
%CF;Take pride in doing quality work every day
