Machine Operator

Openwork, (formerly Meador Staffing) is hiring a Machine Operator I for an electronics manufacturing company in Webster. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail.

• Monday Friday
• 2:30 PM 11:00 PM
• $18.00 $20.00/hour DOE

• Operate and monitor automated production machinery
• Read work instructions, assembly drawings, and specifications
• Load materials and assist with production line changeovers
• Perform basic troubleshooting and identify quality issues
• Maintain accurate production records
• Follow ESD and company safety procedures

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous electronics manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• IPC-610 knowledge is a plus
