Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated, experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. This role offers the best of both worlds: the consistency of Family Practice combined with the fast-paced variety of Urgent Care–style visits. If you have experience in either Family Practice or Urgent Care, you’re already a strong fit. If you bring experience in both, that’s even better.

You’ll work in an environment where providers are valued, supported, and trusted. Our leadership team is committed to helping you grow, refine your skills, and practice medicine the right way—focused on quality care, not rushing through patients.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive Family Practice care for patients of all ages

  • Manage acute and same-day visits such as minor injuries, infections, and urgent complaints

  • Perform physicals, chronic care follow-ups, wellness exams, and preventative screenings

  • Conduct urgent evaluations (sore throats, fevers, rashes, sprains, minor procedures, etc.)

  • Order and interpret imaging, labs, and diagnostic tests

  • Perform procedures within your scope, including injections, wound care, I&D, and more

  • Educate patients on treatment plans, lifestyle changes, and follow-up care

  • Work collaboratively with a seasoned physician and strong medical support team

  • Deliver patient-centered care with excellent bedside manner and clinical judgment

Who We’re Looking For
  • Active Nevada license (NP or PA)

  • Experience in Family Practice or Urgent Care (both preferred but not required)

  • Confident, steady, and comfortable making independent clinical decisions

  • Skilled in basic procedures (suturing preferred but not mandatory)

  • Excellent communicator with strong patient rapport

  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable to a blended clinical setting

  • Someone who enjoys a challenge and likes using their full skill set every day

What You’ll Love About Working With Us
  • A supportive leadership team that listens and actually values provider input

  • A stable full-time schedule

  • A clinic culture that focuses on quality care, not unrealistic patient volume

  • A chance to grow with an expanding medical group

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and skill

  • A team environment that feels collaborative, respectful, and positive

  • Real opportunities to take on projects, expand your scope, and build your career
