Job Summary:
Maya Home Care, a leading provider of high-quality home care services in New Jersey, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team in Ocean County. Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to clients in their homes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
Assist clients with mobility and ambulation, including transfers and walking
Provide wound care and dressing changes as needed
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement client care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
Respect and promote the independence, dignity, and individuality of each client

Requirements:
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
Working Conditions:
May work in clients' homes, which may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
May be required to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Must be able to travel throughout Ocean County, NJ
