About the Role

We’re seeking a Global Supply Chain Specialist to assist with overall supply chain management, including planning, purchasing, distribution, and inventory optimization. If you’re an analytical thinker, excellent communicator, and enjoy logistics, we’d love to talk to you!

Responsibilities

• Assist in structuring purchase orders and drop shipments
• Create and submit purchase orders in our ERP system
• Complete purchase receipts (enter lot serial numbers) and case transfers upon receipt of inventory
• Upload international shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and other customs documentation
• Analyze supplier performance and adherence to purchase orders
• Monitor logistics and supply chain tracking information to ensure timely deliveries and cost control
• Coordinate with management to optimize inventory levels, avoiding overstocking or stockouts
• Monitor AndoverFabrics.com and MakowerUK.com for inventory position and ensure posted ETAs are correct and updated
• Assist in annual inventory review

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, procurement, and inventory management (2-3 years or more)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with ERP systems; Acumatica preferred
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communicator
