Residential/Light Commercial Lead HVAC Installer
Location: Mount Pleasant, SC (Charleston Area)

Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation of residential and light commerical HVAC systems
- Ensure all work is completed to code manufacturer standards (i.e. proper brazing technique, proper checks and start-up procedures followed)
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Provide excellent customer service, communicate well, and represent the company professionally
- This position reports directly to the owner and will have an install helper they will need to direct.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience required
- Proven ability to work independently and guide a team
- Interest in or prior experience with commercial installations a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA Certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
