Job Description

The Supply Specialist provides operational and administrative support by handling supplies, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with day-to-day office logistics. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering outstanding internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate individuals and departments.
  • Prepare packages, shipping documentation, and outgoing correspondence for daily pickup.
  • Track inventory and communicate replenishment needs to leadership.
  • Maintain organized mailrooms, storage areas, and supply spaces.
  • Assemble office materials, packets, and other administrative resources as needed.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to help maintain efficient office workflows.
  • Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and postage systems.
  • Handle confidential documents and mail in accordance with established procedures.
  • Deliver professional and responsive support to internal employees and departments.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in administrative support, office services, mailroom operations, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Comfortable lifting and moving materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and email.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Reliable, detail-focused, and committed to accuracy.
