Position Overview:
Team members in this role may be responsible for a variety of tasks based on daily operational needs, including but not limited to:
- Running and monitoring both manual and automated equipment used in the manufacturing of window and door components
- Participating in production line activities related to assembling finished products
- Performing quality checks to ensure items meet required standards
- Preparing and modifying materials to allow for proper hardware fitting
- Handling, moving, and organizing raw and finished materials within the facility
- Preparing completed products for shipment, including packaging and staging
- Assisting with general warehouse responsibilities as assigned
- Working additional hours when necessary to meet production deadlines and customer requirements
