What You'll Do
Community Outreach & Business Development
Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, hospices, assisted living communities, and other healthcare professionals.
Represent At Peace Healthcare Agency at networking events, health fairs, community organizations, and professional meetings.
Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about our home care services and programs.
Identify new referral sources and business development opportunities throughout the Philadelphia region.
Execute strategic outreach plans to increase referrals and grow agency census.
Relationship Management
Build long-term partnerships with referral sources through regular visits, presentations, and follow-up communication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for referral partners and community organizations.
Maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and timely communication.
Collaborate with agency leadership to strengthen community engagement and brand awareness.
Marketing & Sales
Meet referral and business development goals.
Track marketing activities, referrals, and outcomes using CRM or agency reporting systems.
Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and community education initiatives.
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support agency growth strategies.
Collaboration
Work closely with operations, and intake teams to ensure a seamless referral and admissions process.
Support community education programs and initiatives that promote quality home healthcare services.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Experience in healthcare marketing, community liaison, physician relations, home care sales, hospice marketing, or healthcare business development.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources.
Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in home health, home care, hospice, private duty, healthcare staffing, or senior services.
Existing relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, rehabilitation facilities, or long-term care providers in the Philadelphia area.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Schedule
Full-Time
Monday through Friday
Occasional evenings or community events as needed
