Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Compensation: $25–$35 per hour, based on experience

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our growing full-arch production team in Rochester, NY. This position is ideal for a skilled technician who enjoys hands-on finishing work, thrives in a structured laboratory environment, and is committed to producing exceptional dental restorations.

As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play an important role in the final stages of full-arch prosthetic production, ensuring every restoration meets the highest standards of quality, fit, function, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret dentist prescriptions and clinical instructions accurately.
  • Finish full-arch restorations in accordance with established laboratory procedures and quality standards.
  • Use hand tools, rotary instruments, and polishing equipment to contour, trim, characterize, and polish prosthetic restorations.
  • Evaluate prostheses for fit, function, occlusion, and overall accuracy using articulators, bite tables, and other laboratory equipment.
  • Remove excess materials and refine frameworks and prosthetics to achieve optimal results.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly functioning workstations, tools, and handpieces.
  • Adhere to all laboratory safety, quality assurance, and production protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, laboratory leadership, and other departments to support workflow and productivity.
  • Assist with additional laboratory tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of dental laboratory experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and standardized workflows.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with full-arch restorations, finishing, contouring, and polishing techniques.
  • Certified Dental Technician (CDT) designation.
