EST II Instructor/Operator

Job Summary:

• Provide individual and small group tutoring to students and conduct limited formal classroom instruction using existing lesson plans and materials.

• Responsible for delivering content from pre-prepared audio-visual and written resources and may administer examinations and informal assessments.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Tutor students individually or in small groups to enhance understanding of subject material.

• Conduct formal classroom instruction using established lesson plans and instructional materials.

• Deliver instruction based on audio-visual and written resources prepared by others.

• Administer examinations and informal tests to evaluate student progress.

• Maintain a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Minimum Requirements:
• Familiarity and experience in the relevant field of instruction.
• No college degree required; approximately 30 to 90 days of training is expected.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively with students of varying skill levels.
