Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring an Electronics Test Operator for our client. This job is responsible for performing electronic testing, documenting results, maintaining product quality, and supporting production while following established procedures and safety standards.

What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Test and verify electronic assemblies using written procedures and test software
- Use hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
- Follow schematics, diagrams, and customer test requirements
- Maintain accurate paperwork and product labeling
- Track test results and communication production data
- Keep work areas clean and organized
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable using computers and Windows-based systems
- Manufacturing, electronics, or testing experience preferred (training provided!)
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-minded
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communication skills.
