Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Welder for our client. This position is responsible for performing MIG welding, inspecting completed welds, maintaining equipment, and ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
- Set up welding equipment and prepare materials for fabrication.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Measure, fit, and align parts prior to welding.
- Operate hand tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment.
- Maintain welding equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and measuring tools.
- Experience with grinders, hand tools, and metal fabrication equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Welding certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Communication skills.
