Huckeye Health Staffing is seeking two experienced Speech Therapists/Speech-Language Pathologists to provide field-based services in a home health and hospice setting.

Position Details

Pay: $80.00 per hour
Primary Office: 4041 MacArthur Blvd., Suite 100, Newport Beach, CA
Setting: Home Health and Hospice
Travel: Home visits are required
Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans.
• Perform ongoing assessments and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment goals and home-care strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• At least 18 months of experience in an acute-care setting.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Reliable transportation for field-based assignments.
• Ability to complete home visits as scheduled.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
