As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our diverse patient population, including our dedicated Hispanic Program, Mi Hogar.
About the Role
As a Dietitian at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for:
Conducting diet assessments and developing personalized meal plans for patients with a variety of dietary needs and restrictions
Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive optimal nutrition and hydration
Providing education and support to patients and their families on nutrition and healthy eating habits
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient diets and treatment plans
Participating in Quality Improvement initiatives and contributing to a positive and supportive care environment

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field
Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
