Job Summary:

As a Certified Restorative Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and well-being for our residents, while fostering a positive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide restorative care to residents, focusing on improving physical and mental functioning
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet resident needs
Implement and evaluate restorative therapies, including exercises, mobility programs, and sensory stimulation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and communication
Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting care plans as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve care and resident outcomes
Requirements:
Current certification as a Restorative Nurse
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a nursing professional
Current CPR certification
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
