Day Shift: 5 x 8-hour shifts
Mileage Reimbursement: Paid in addition to compensation
EMR: Must have experience with HCHB and Epic
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home health setting under the direction of an RN or MD.
Participate in patient care planning and treatment.
Perform sterile procedures and other nursing treatments using proper aseptic technique.
May provide guidance to ancillary staff.
On-call responsibilities may be required based on agency needs.
