We're looking for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Supervisor to lead our nursing assistants and serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the CNA team throughout the shift

• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and respond to resident, family, and staff concerns

• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies

• Assist with staffing assignments and workflow coordination

• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition to nursing leadership

• Coach, mentor, and train CNAs to maintain high standards of care

• Complete required documentation and communicate shift updates

• Collaborate with nurses, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in good standing

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience required

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

• Must be dependable, professional, and resident-focused
