About the Role:
As a HomeCare Community Liaison Sales Professional, you will play a vital role in building relationships with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers in the community to promote our services and increase visibility for SYNERGY HomeCare of Apollo Beach. Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners
Conduct sales calls, presentations, and training sessions to promote our services and educate stakeholders about the value of our care
Provide expert guidance and support to families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to address their unique needs and concerns
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our services and grow our market share
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and seamless delivery of care

Job Requirements:
HOMECARE EXPERIENCE
1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
