Direct Counsel has partnered with a growing California based law firm expanding into New Jersey, they are considered a powerhouse in the field of plaintiff's side wage-and-hour class action litigation. We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join their team, focusing on the prosecution of employment class and representative actions, involving wage-and-hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and false advertising matters. The firm was recently named a Global Recognition Awards “Best Workplaces” winner for 2026.
Hiring Criteria
All qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must be either
- (a) licensed to practice law in New Jersey
- (b) already licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and pending admission to the New Jersey Bar.
- The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and have 8+ years of experience in civil litigation, including experience with discovery in the civil litigation context, oral advocacy and appearing in Court, motion practice and taking/defending depositions.
- Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation is a plus.
- Candidates must be able to travel on occasion.
Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
