Urology Specialists of Austin seeking a high-performing Physician Assistant to provide direct hospital-based support to our urologists. In this role, you’ll manage complex inpatient cases, perform advanced procedures, and gain exposure to every aspect of modern urologic care. What You’ll Do

  • Round on post-operative urology patients and ensure world-class continuity of care
  • Evaluate and manage inpatient consults in a busy, high-acuity hospital setting
  • Provide neuro and rehab consults with expertise in complex catheter management
  • Perform bedside cystoscopies and other urologic procedures
  • Partner directly with renowned urologists to deliver cutting-edge care

Who We’re Looking For

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physician Assistant in Texas
  • Urology, hospital medicine, or surgical experience preferred—but we’ll train a motivated candidate ready to learn
  • Confident, adaptable, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload
  • Strong procedural and clinical judgment with exceptional communication skills
