About the Role:

As an OTA, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their highest level of independence and functionality. You will assist with evaluating and treating patients in a skilled nursing environment, establishing treatment plans, and implementing various methods to ease patient pain and increase mobility. This is a Part-time weekends position, and we offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with evaluating and treating patients in a skilled nursing environment
• Establish treatment plans and implement various methods to ease patient pain and increase mobility
• Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress

Requirements:

• Must have completed an accredited program and possess a valid VA OTA license
• 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
