Job Description

About Lonoke Physical Therapy

We're a small clinic with a big track record: nearly 30 years (100+ combined) of orthopedic rehab experience, backed by the tight-knit feel of a small practice. As the Lonoke, AR sister clinic to ProMotion Physical Therapy, our clinicians hold advanced certifications like dry needling, BFR, LSVT BIG, WorkSTEPS®, and vestibular/concussion specialization, with hands-on support from ownership to keep growing. We've been named Best Place for Physical Therapy, Best Healthcare Professional in Central Arkansas, and 2024 Business of the Year by the Lonoke Chamber of Commerce.

Compensation Package

This role pays $75,000–$98,200 a year, and our powerful bonus program is a big part of why. In addition, we provide:

  • $15,000 sign-on bonus

  • Unlimited continuing education funds, plus a $500 travel stipend

  • $12,000 fellowship reimbursement

  • 17 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure

  • $10,000 in tax-free student loan repayment over 5 years, paid monthly

  • Relocation assistance available

Benefits

On top of that, you get the standard package, done right:

  • Medical insurance, with the clinic covering roughly 90% of your premium

  • HSA option with employer contributions

  • 401(k) with an employer match that vests immediately

  • Dental and vision insurance

  • Short-term disability and life insurance options

  • Clinical autonomy where you make the calls on patient care

  • A new grad mentoring program that builds up your caseload as you’re ready for it

  • Unlimited continuing education and specialty certifications, no budget cap, no approval process

  • A real path to Clinic Director or another clinical leadership role

  • Reasonable caseloads and flexible scheduling

  • Evidence-based care, backed by the technology and time to deliver it

Life in Lonoke AR

Lonoke, AR is twenty minutes from Little Rock but a world away. Wide-open prairies, quiet farmland, and a small-town rhythm the city rush never reaches, where evenings mean Bayou Meto Wildlife Management Area, fishing near the old hatchery ponds, or porch sitting with sweet tea over the rice fields. At our clinic, you'll build real patient relationships in an outpatient setting with predictable, consistent scheduling, so when the day ends, you're free to enjoy it. And if you want the city, Little Rock's a short drive away, there when you need it, gone when you don't. Many therapists move here for the lifestyle and stay for the career growth, community, and mentorship. Come practice hands-on PT, take ownership of your patients, and build the life you love.

What You’ll Be Doing

Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:

  • Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities

  • Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention

  • Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress

  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

  • Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a PT who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves. Ideal candidates have:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

  • Arkansas physical therapy license, or eligibility for one

  • All experience levels are encouraged to apply

  • Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease

  • Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line

Physical Requirements

You’ll need to:

  • Lift up to 50 pounds

  • Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly

  • Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises

Equal Opportunity Employer

Lonoke Physical Therapy is an equal opportunity employer. We don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
