LEAD COMMERCIAL INSTALLER

Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HVAC/Refrigeration installation experienceKey Responsibilities:Lead and supervise installation crews on commercial job sites.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.Coordinate daily work activities to ensure projects stay on schedule.Install, troubleshoot, and inspect equipment and systems according to industry standards.Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.Communicate project updates, material needs, and job progress to management.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.Conduct quality control inspections and ensure customer satisfaction.Manage tools, equipment, and materials assigned to projects.Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of commercial installation experience.Previous experience leading crews or serving in a supervisory role preferred.Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe work practices.Preferred Skills:Experience managing multiple projects and crews.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.Experience with commercial construction and renovation projects.Benefits:Competitive pay: $30-$40+ per hour based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesPaid holidays and vacationHealth, dental, and vision insurance Company vehicle Career growth and advancement opportunitiesOngoing training and professional development $30.00 - $40.00 Hourly
