What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing/rehab setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes appropriately
- Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team
- Supervise and support nursing assistants during shift
- Ensure accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide excellent communication with residents and families
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN or LPN license (Missouri)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and time management skills
- Team player with a compassionate, resident-first mindset
Bonus Points If You Have
- Charge Nurse or leadership experience
- Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC)
- Experience with admissions, discharges, and care planning
