Forklift Operator (1st Shift)

We are hiring a dependable Forklift Operator for a full-time, first-shift opportunity in Tampa. This position is ideal for someone with warehouse or manufacturing experience who can safely move materials and help keep production running smoothly.

Forklift Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Tampa, FL 33634
Pay: $16.60 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Responsibilities
• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials
• Transport products throughout the warehouse or production area
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Inspect materials and report damaged products or safety concerns
• Keep inventory and materials organized in assigned areas
• Assist with general warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production duties
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions

Qualifications
• Previous forklift operating experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, or receiving experience is a plus
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable attendance and transportation required
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
