As an STNA, you will provide direct care and support to our residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents and their families

• Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition

• Assist with transfers, positioning, and maintaining resident safety

• Follow individualized care plans and communicate effectively with nursing staff

• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio STNA certification required

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to provide excellent resident care in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
