Personalized Caregiving of Tennessee LLC is seeking a compassionate PCA/CNA/LPN/RN to provide patient-centered care in a supportive onsite environment.

Position Summary

The PCA/CNA/LPN/RN is responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on care that supports individuals with daily living needs and promotes comfort, dignity, and independence. You will work as part of a care team to ensure each person receives individualized attention and safe, reliable support throughout their day.

This part-time onsite role in Knoxville, TN, is ideal for a motivated clinician or caregiver who takes pride in building trusting relationships and maintaining professional standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, and personal care as assigned

  • Assist with monitoring and reporting relevant health or wellbeing observations to the care team

  • Follow individualized care plans and support delivery of services in a safe, respectful manner

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation consistent with care and organizational requirements

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications
  • Current certification and/or licensure applicable to the role (CNA, LPN, or RN), or documented qualifications for PCA responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience providing direct care in a healthcare, caregiving, or related setting

  • Ability to follow care plans, safety procedures, and established care protocols

  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, respectful approach to clients

  • Reliability and professionalism in a part-time schedule

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in home care, assisted living, or other direct patient support environments

  • Comfort supporting clients with varying care needs and assistance levels

  • Familiarity with basic care documentation practices and care-team communication

  • Prior work with clients and families to support comfort, independence, and routines

Compensation

Hourly rate: $16.00 - $45.00
