CDR ProSource is seeking a Quality Technician to join our team in Three Rivers, MI. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing quality experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support inspections, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections to verify parts meet specifications and quality requirements.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using measuring equipment such as: Calipers, Micrometers and Gauges.
- Read and interpret blueprints, part layouts, and technical drawings.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection reports.
- Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist production teams with quality concerns and provide problem-solving support.
- Support employee training related to quality processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Participate in production meetings and quality improvement activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Quality Core Tools, including: PPAP, APQP, MSA, PFMEA and SPC
- Knowledge of PPAP documentation and submission requirements.
- Experience with blueprint reading and dimensional inspections.
- Ability to use handheld measuring equipment.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Experience with corrective action processes, including: 8D Problem Solving & 5 Why Root Cause Analysis
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and professional work ethic.
