What You'll Do

• Deliver preventive and restorative dental treatment
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans within your scope of practice
• Perform restorations, sealants, uncomplicated extractions, and other authorized procedures
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Collaborate closely with doctors and the clinical team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

• Current Minnesota Dental Therapist license (or eligible before employment)
• Associate degree or higher in Dental Therapy or Dental Hygiene
• Clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Comfortable working with digital technology and modern workflows
• Passion for providing outstanding patient care
