Operations Assistant & Numbers Coordinator

• AND understand (or want to learn) the numbers behind the business

$20 - $22 hourly

You’ll be:

• Managing office operations & supplies
• Supporting loan officers & team production tracking
• Helping with bookkeeping & reporting
• Keeping the vibe of the office strong and positive

You should be:

• Organized to your core
• Comfortable with numbers (2+ yrs bookkeeping experience preferred)
• Not boring
• A problem-solver who figures things out fast

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming office environment
• Proven track record of supporting day-to-day operations in a dynamic work setting
• Familiarity with social media platforms and a knack for creating engaging content
• Curious and eager to learn about business operations and financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members alike
