Now Hiring: Hotel Maintenance Technician

We are currently looking for a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our hotel’s Engineering team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and overall functionality of the property while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in hotel or commercial facility maintenance.

• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

• Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, carpentry, and general building systems

• Maintain pool areas, mechanical rooms, and related equipment as required

• Accurately complete assigned work orders while adhering to company safety and compliance standards

• Maintain proper organization and condition of tools, materials, and inventory

• Work closely with Engineering and Housekeeping teams to maintain overall property standards

• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory policies

• Previous experience in hotel maintenance, building maintenance, or a related technical field required

• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair systems

• Strong troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently

• Professional communication and strong customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor as needed
