Our growing outpatient facility in Flushing, NY, is seeking compassionate Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) fluent in Mandarin to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This role supports H1 visas and offers a dynamic opportunity to treat patients of all ages in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Manage acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and routine checkups.
- Conduct telemedicine consultations from the office setting.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, and preventive health strategies.
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans under a physician’s supervision.
- Perform diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging, and interpret the results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure with eligibility in New York State.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, family practice, or a related setting (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Dedication to delivering culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.
- Flexible scheduling options:
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week, including 1-3 weekends per month.
- Part-Time: 1-2 days per week or a more consistent 3-5 days per week.
- Flexibility to occasionally travel to our Brooklyn office once it opens.
- Competitive salary: $170,000 - $210,000 annually, depending on experience.
