Summary of Position

A Supervisor is the camp counselor of Cowabunga’s! This person is responsible for keeping the day-to-day operations on pace and to expectations, all while maintaining a positive morale and team environment. For our staff, Supervisors set clear expectations, answer questions, and follow up to ensure a job well done. For our guests, Supervisors answer questions, react quickly, and maintain a proactive approach to customer service and hospitality. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to:)

Cleaning Requirements

At Cowabunga’s, we expect Supervisors to lead by example. The same cleaning expectations we lay out for a party pro are also expected of a Supervisor when the need arises.

A Supervisor will be expected to…

%CF; Maintain bathrooms

%CF; Replace trash barrels

%CF; Maintain family bathroom/changing areas

%CF; Restock cleaning supplies

%CF; Mop and sweep large sections

%CF; Lift, move, reposition furniture to ensure cleanliness

%CF; Scrub-clean various surfaces

%CF; Have work be inspected routinely for optimal results

Physical Requirements:

%CF; Ability to be on feet continuously during shift

%CF; Ability to lift 40 lbs consistently

%CF; Ability to jump, crawl, slide through equipment for safety checks

%CF; Ability to work on hands and knees

%CF; Ability to speak clearly and confidently

%CF; Ability to climb ladders

Qualifications

%CF; Have leadership qualities

%CF; At least 18 years of age

%CF; Ability to pass a background check with no concerns
