Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Ditmas Park, Brooklyn, NY
Compensation: $30–$34 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available
Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehab is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our nursing team.
The LPN will provide high-quality care to residents while working closely with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents and report changes in their conditions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Communicate with physicians, residents, and families
Supervise and support CNAs during the assigned shift
Follow all infection-control and resident-safety protocols
Requirements:
Active New York State LPN license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Nursing-home or long-term-care experience preferred
