Job Description
ORAL SURGEON
Ellenville/Kingston
Pay: $270k
Summary:
Provides outpatient oral surgery care, contributes to resident training, and supports the Dental Director as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a full range of oral surgery procedures including consultations, routine and complex extractions, biopsies, and treatment of oral disease and trauma.
Refer patients to dental or medical specialists when appropriate.
Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to support comprehensive patient care.
Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation.
Deliver patient-centered, age-appropriate care with strong clinical judgment.
Supervise, teach, and mentor dental residents.
Qualifications
D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school.
Active NYS dental license.
Two years of experience as a general dentist preferred.
Excellent clinical, communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Experience with dental EMR systems preferred.
Dedication to community health; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
