Production Technician - Saturday & Sunday (7p-7a)

Saturday & Sunday shift - 7am-7pm

Training takes place on weekdays

A local manufacturing company is hiring for production technicians! This is hands-on, steady work for individuals who are dependable, ready to learn, and want an opportunity to grow into a long-term role. Work areas include compression molding, open cure ovens, cracker mill compression, calendar milling, sanding, die press operation,, autoclaves, and bumpers. Whether you're trimming, pressing, forming, cutting, spraying, or curing materials, you'll be part of a process that values attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and efficient production.

Responsibilities:
-Assist with production compression processes
-Lift materials up to 50 lbs. independently
-Maintain a clean and safe work area
-Follow instructions and work as part of a team

Requirements:
-Ability to pass a background check and drug testing
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Great attendance and dependability
-Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical work
-Comfortable working in high-temperature environments
-Team player with flexibility to work in various departments
