Complete work orders to efficiently make repairs to housing units
Perform maintenance tasks
Participate in the annual inspection of units
Inspect vacant properties, complete make ready list
Perform a variety of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and preventive maintenance tasks
At least 5yr experience in residential maintenance
Prefer certification in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, (not required)
