Maintenance Technician – Experienced Only

Applicants must:

• Have prior experience in maintenance-related work

• Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily maintenance of interior and exterior areas of buildings

• Troubleshooting and repair of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues

• Installation of cabinets, doors, flooring, and related items

• Apartment turnovers and general routine maintenance

• Participation in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance

• Must have your own tools, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license

• Cell phone required

• Must be able to participate in on-call rotation including evenings and weekends

• Must provide a valid Social Security card
