Building Maintenance

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality of our property. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs, including fixing locks, patching walls, replacing light fixtures, and janitorial tasks
• Install and set up appliances or equipment as needed
• Inspect and troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping and trash removal
• Complete routine cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks
• Inspect safety equipment such as alarms and fire extinguishers
• Report completed work and any maintenance issues to management in a timely manner

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous maintenance, handyman, or related experience required
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus
