We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at ISR Physical Therapy.

ISR Physical Therapy is an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist-owned business with a focus on providing outstanding care to our patients. We have a diverse patient population that includes post-surgical rehab, general orthopedics, spine care, the injured worker, and functional testing from pre-employment to post-injury.   • Base salary 70-80K with performance bonuses, making 100K+ very possible

Responsibilities:

Manage a comprehensive patient caseload – typically 2 patients/hour to ensure quality time with patients.

Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations

  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
  • Utilize modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy
  • Educating patients on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Experience:

  • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with new grads welcome to apply.
  • Valid Louisiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. The ability to speak publicly is an asset.
  • Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex patient cases
  • Empathy and compassion for patients experiencing pain or limited mobility
