Job Description
The American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) is the national medical society representing emergency medicine. Through continuing education, research, public education, and advocacy, ACEP advances emergency care on behalf of its 41,000 emergency physician members and the more than 150 million Americans they treat on an annual basis.
Located in Irving, Texas, we offer paid insurance plans (medical, dental, and vision), retirement, flextime, and more. This role is not open to fully remote applicants; only candidates in the DFW, TX area will be considered. A hybrid schedule of both in-office work and work-from-home hours is available.
The Education Production Specialist supports the instructional design, educational curation, and strategic maintenance of learning experiences for ACEP Anytime and other digital learning channels.
This role’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to) creating original multimedia content, conference recordings, webinars, presentations, and educational materials with a focus on making content engaging, accessible, and educational. This role will support content publication, platform administration, and technical troubleshooting to ensure high-quality content delivery for an optimal learner experience.
Our ideal candidate has...
- A bachelor’s degree in media production, communications, education, instructional technology, or related field.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in video and multimedia content production.
- Proficiency with both audio and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, Final Cut Pro, Descript, or equivalent software).
- Prior experience with digital publishing, content management, and learning platforms.
- Ability to work independently while focusing on project management and meeting deadlines.
Other desired qualifications include demonstrated experience with storytelling, communication, customer service, interpersonal skills, livestreaming, animation tools, motion graphics, and use of AI tools. Familiarity with healthcare, emergency medicine, nonprofit, or advocacy content is a plus!
