Electrician/General Maintenance Technician

Full-Time Electrician / Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician / Maintenance Technician to join our rapidly growing commercial and residential property management team. This position is ideal for an individual with strong electrical and maintenance experience, excellent customer service skills, and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
• Complete minor plumbing repairs and general maintenance tasks
• Handle miscellaneous repair work as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas
• Perform litter control and property clean-up duties
• Interact professionally with commercial, medical, and residential tenants on a daily basis
• Respond to occasional weekend and on-call maintenance needs

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance and repairs required
• Knowledge of general building maintenance and minor plumbing repairs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Some weekends and on-call work as needed
