Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Harborside Senior Living is seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our assisted living community in Luna Pier, MI.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, and is available to work 2–3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs
- Address plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks as needed
- Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility grounds
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly
- Assist with room preparation and facility projects when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license preferred
