Residential Maintenance Technician

Full-Time Maintenance Tech for apartment properties located in and around Pittsburgh, PA. Must have residential maintenance & repair experience and troubleshooting skills while being very reliable and self-motivated. Position includes general maintenance & repairs, apartment turnovers & miscellaneous improvements. Criminal background check will be done. Transportation & basic tools required. Truck/Van preferred. Mileage will be reimbursed. Position available immediately. Generous compensation to qualified applicants.
