The Export Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and facilitating the smooth export process within a small, dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Export Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring compliance with customs regulations, organizing shipment details, and maintaining clear communication with customers to support global trade operations. No travel is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review export documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to customs regulations and import/export laws
• Coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding shipment status and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in export coordination
• Knowledge of customs compliance and related regulations
