Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Food Mfg.)

Plant located in Los Angeles looking candidates Industrial Maintenance Mechanic with food manufacturing experience to join their team. This is a temp to perm position. Our client offers competitive benefits and compensation. Previous maintenance experience in a food production environment is desired.

. Requirements

- At least 5 years’ experience working in an industrial maintenance role.

- Monday-Friday 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm plus overtime depending on production.

- Experience on pneumatics, and hydraulic systems.

- Mechanical troubleshooting and repairs are required,

-Performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment. Duties include fixing machinery, plumbing, heating and wiring, inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards and scheduling major repairs with the building’s inhabitants.

- Experience in Electrical, HVAC, plumbing and basic mechanical repairs.

- Experience with boilers, chillers, industrial mixers, sealing machines are a huge plus

- Experience Welding in Stainless Steel, spot welding and MIG/TIG welding is desired.

- Other duties and responsibilities outlined by company engineer and upper management

- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Swing Shift 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 pm plus overtime.
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Will train on morning shift.
