Maintenance Technician (Full-Time & Part-Time Positions)

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our HarborView team!

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Residential HVAC experience
• Ability to complete drywall repairs
• Basic or advances electric and plumbing knowledge
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to read construction plans
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products efficiently
• Team player who is deadline and detail-oriented
